SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to process and package your order within 3 business days of receipt of payment.

Once processed, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has shipped and a tracking number will be provided. Please ensure that your address is complete, including a unit number if applicable.

Domestic Shipping - $15 CAD
Flat rate shipping within Canada is $15.00 unless otherwise stated on the item listing. Items that are oversized or overweight are subject to additional shipping charges. These items will be clearly indicated as "not eligible for flat rate shipping" on the item page.
Free shipping is offered on orders over $150.00 CAD. There is no code required at checkout as it will be automatically applied.
US Shipping - $25 CAD
Flat rate shipping within the US is $25.00 unless otherwise stated on the listing. Items that are oversized or overweight are subject to additional shipping charges. These items will be clearly indicated as "not eligible for flat rate shipping" on the item page. The customer is responsible for paying any import duties or taxes upon receiving the product.

Free shipping is offered on orders over $200 CAD. There is no code required at checkout as it will be automatically applied.

DAMAGES
Please contact us within 48 hours with 2-3 clear photos of the product that is damaged. Damages will be dealt with in a case-by -case basis.

PICKUP
If you are within a comfortable driving distance to Fergus, Ontario you can avoid shipping fees by selecting the option "Pickup". Once your order has been placed, we will send you an email letting you know that your order is ready for pickup. This email will include the pickup address. Please contact us to arrange a time to pick up your order at least 24 hours in advance.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to offer a return for store credit within 15 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. A store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card which does not expire. It can be used for any future purchases. Shipping fees are non refundable and shipping costs for returning items are at the customers expense.

Sale and custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for a return for store credit.
